No, although parents and guardians are not allowed in the room with their child, an adult must remain present (on-site) in the foyer while your child is there.

No. Participation in our casting call does not guarantee selection. Our judges will make their selection and successful models will be notified. 

We will select between 60 – 70 models. 

Oh absolutely! Both boys and girls are welcome to audition and both genders will be selected for the runway show.

No, previous modeling experience is helpful, but it is not a requirement. 

That will depend on how many other children are ahead of you when you arrive. However, once your child goes ‘in’ to see the selectors, he or she will be finished within 5 minutes. 

Yes, we start each year from scratch, so our Island Child Style alums will also have to ‘try out’ again.

Yes, there is a nominal fee of JAD $2000 per child to enter.

Yes, there is an additional fee which will consider a comprehensive training programme for successful Island Child Style models comprising 8 weeks of confidence-building activities, runway coaching, etiquette instruction and key life skills, while immersed in a life-changing experience of becoming BOLD.
